1.2 Difficulties Analysis

2.2.6 Special operation requirements during warping:

2.3 Shaft

3.5 Warp beaming: A movable twisted rod holder is set at the front of the creel frame and is used for slitting the warp beam. 4.4 Zone tension and elongation control:

(1) The tension of the warp beam unwinding: The data of preliminary setting and the deceleration stop yarn do not loosen, and it is necessary to ensure that the yarn does not entanglement elongation < 0 when the yarn arrangement is especially small.

(2) Feeding tank tension: According to the total number of yarns, the groove tension is obtained. The tension at this time should be less than the unwinding tension. Because the yarn passes through a plurality of inverted yarn rolls, the yarn tension is uniform, the tension cannot be too low, and the tension is < 0.5.

(3) Tension of the wet zone: It is the coordination of the tension between the slurry tank and the dry zone. When the car is running normally, the tension is too small to be grasped.

(4) Tension in the dry area: In order to ensure a smooth split and avoid loosening and breakage, attention should be paid to the coordination of the total tension in the front zone and the wet zone tension.

(5) Winding tension and pressure of stick pressure: Due to the tow stick's pressure tension stick and three sticks combined type transmission, the tension of the winding tension is matched with the pressure of the pressure stick to ensure the smooth and tight winding of the spool.

4.5 Falling-up axis: Pay attention to the coordination when adjusting the axis, and adjust the direction and width of the axis to the correct axis. In the shortest time, glue, drop shaft and upper shaft are adjusted. Adjust the edge yarn and the snail cannot be too long. Control tension.
