Overview

A kind of woven elastic belt. Flat fabric with elastic material. It is characterized by a thicker, flatter body, a tight texture, a flat surface, a soft touch and elasticity.

Variety

According to the use of different raw materials, the elastic band can be divided into gold, silk and elastic polyamide and other varieties. The gold string elastic band adopts 28teX2, 14texX2 and other cotton threads, together with 40th square rubber thread, 42nd round latex thread, etc. In addition to the above-mentioned raw materials, the wire-wrapped elastic tape also uses 277.5 dtex (250 denier) and 333 dtex (300 denier) rayon as weft. The elastic nylon elastic band is made of elastic nylon yarn, and is woven with No. 36, No. 48 rubber yarn or No. 45 latex yarn. The organizational structure is generally plain or re-planed, with twills, broken twills, jacquards or other intricate structures. Weaves are made on shuttle or shuttleless weaving machines and then sizing and ironing. There are two kinds of production processes, weaving first and then weaving first and then weaving first. The former has better quality. The ribbon surface is generally bleached white, but text, color strips and other patterns can also be woven according to design requirements.
