Overflow Jet Machine Dyeing: Four Major Reasons for the Analysis of "Arresting Technology for Closures"

Closure exclusion: The application of overflow jet dyeing, cloth jamming seems inevitable. After a long period of observation, whether it is an imported machine or a domestically-made machine, if it is improperly used, there will be different degrees of squashing. There are four reasons for this:

1 After entering the machine, the fabric must be slid slowly and steadily for 3~5min, then close the door and add materials. Sometimes, due to the variation of the processing type, some of the mechanical devices have not been adjusted, such as the liquid return valve, nozzle, etc. As a result, mechanical blockages occur;

2 Sometimes high density fabrics such as Chunya Spinning, Di Tafu, etc. are not sinking after entering the machine, but floating on the surface of the liquid, such as neither full overflow, nor the heat of the return valve. With the influence of exchangers and filters, it is not necessary to add oxygen scavenger in the dye bath to allow the exhaust air to escape from the fibers. The fabric is easy to knot and block, so we must look at the fabric, order the process, and assist Agent to prevent problems from occurring;

3 The operator will enter the fabric into the dyeing machine. However, it is still necessary to pay attention to observing whether there is any cloth jamming inside the fabric. Once it is discovered that the recoil discharging device is immediately activated, it is easy to eliminate. If it is found over time, it will become deeper and deeper. Labor is hurting;

4 After the fabric is fed into the machine, does the foam in the dye bath increase? Because sometimes do not add antifoaming agent or the amount of additive is not in place, or poor foam suppression, and even high water hardness will bubble at room temperature, resulting in "air pump" and the formation of a cloth, we must point out that if dyeing Adding antifoaming agent should be added before the foam does not appear. This kind of defoaming effect is better.

In addition, I think that the utilization rate of computers equipped with intermittent dyeing machines in China is generally only about 70%, and about 30% of the problems still depend on the proficiency of operators to solve them, that is, expensive imported overflow jets. The computer on the dyeing machine is also less likely to produce a 100% effect, because it is completely understandable that the factors that affect the success of dyeing are difficult to measure. I have repeatedly told my colleagues that the batch dyeing production technology is a workshop-type production technology, and unlike continuous padding, it is an industrialized production technology.
