(d) The effect of the use of the factory on clothing wrapping and maintenance is crucial for the use of new types of metal clothing to prolong its service life and to exert its process performance. It should be carried out strictly according to the standard requirements of the clothing.
(e) Check the implementation status of “Fast and Fast” and check relevant records on a monthly basis. The main gauges of the carding machines must be up to the machine according to the process requirements, reasonably allocate the carding speed and output, and strictly adhere to the discipline of the on-board process.
(f) Each month, the Production Technology Department and the workshop equipment held a special workshop on equipment. The analysis and prevention suggestions were made on the damage of the clothing of each branch to ensure that the cycle life of the clothing was reasonable and the status of the clothing on each of the machines was good.
(g) Establishing a full-month non-injury reward system for clothing contractors to fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm.
2.2 Carding Equipment Supervisor Job Responsibility
(a) Once a clothing accident has occurred, the clothing should be subject to the "three no-missing" principle. There must be people in the car, people in charge should be responsible for it, and the problem should be managed. Lessons should be learned and experience accumulated.
(b) Convene a monthly report on the equipment damage analysis and prevention meeting, implement responsibilities, improve measures, and rationally allocate the dual management scope between operation and equipment.
(c) Regularly organize relevant technical personnel to inspect the maintenance and implementation of clothing, and incorporate good practices such as the Operational Games, Quality Month, and rationalization proposals to absorb clothing maintenance.
(d) To ensure timely maintenance of the maintenance of the three-shift clothing and ensure that the clothing is maintained in place for 24 hours.
(e) Reasonably configure the clothing and effectively do a good job of supporting the clothing to ensure that the product quality is improved and the life of the clothing is extended.
