On September 28, 2012, the Ministry of Science and Technology organized an expert meeting in Yinchuan to hold the National Science and Technology Support Program “Research and Development and Application of Key Equipment and Key Technologies for Cashmere Processing†project acceptance meeting.
The project addresses the common issues associated with cashmere processing and cashmere variation, and studies the key technologies of variable cashmere carding, key technologies for the production of cashmere slivers, variant cashmere fibers, dyeing and dyeing, and cashmere worsted. The common technology and key technologies of cashmere products processing, such as key technologies for high-yield yarn production, cashmere variability and physical and chemical properties, developed new types of carding equipment and cashmere production equipment, and mastered the core technology of cashmere processing and production. The results have been applied in the production and processing of cashmere products, forming an annual output of 300 tons of cashmere carding production demonstration line, 300 tons of cashmere processing production demonstration line, 400 tons of dyeing production demonstration line, 50 tons of worsted cashmere yarn production demonstration The line has improved the utilization of cashmere resources and improved the innovation capability of cashmere enterprises, which is of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of the cashmere industry.
