Question 1: New technologies are constantly emerging. In the future ICT field, which area do you think is the most promising?

Our Russian institute can target a goal, with teams of four paths attacking at the same time. You know, if all embedded software engineers are included, 90% of our engineers are software engineers, but in the future when SDN/NFV arrives, we will Need more and more IT-oriented software capabilities, we hope to transfer some of the embedded software capabilities to the new IT-oriented software capabilities, not only the technical aspects, but more importantly, the culture, process and other capabilities you mentioned. For example, first, we have launched projects that let software engineers, especially managers, understand how to manage IT-oriented software development because we don't have this capability. Secondly, regarding the process, the current R&D process is based on embedded software. Compared to SAP and Oracle, we are completely different R&D processes. We need to optimize internal processes.
