Warp knitting technology development

Warp knitting technology features

Warp knitting seamless forming

Seamless Forming - A type of production technology for straight-tube tubular knit products produced on a two-needle bed warp knitting machine with two rows of back-to-back parallel needle beds.


Seamless forming features:

Three-dimensional straight tube three-dimensional structure, no seams, no need to cut, save labor and consumption.

The seamless connection between the two sides of the straight tube type is realized while achieving the square continuity of the pattern.

The application of piezoelectric ceramic Jacka completes the seamless forming technology.
